For 42 years the New Hampshire Association for Justice has educated legislators, strengthened legislative relationships, and backed candidates who support civil justice and access to the courts. One of our best avenues to accomplish this task is through the 

New Hampshire Association for Justice Political Action Committee (NHAJ PAC)

In 2018, the NHAJ PAC revitalized its charter and crated a bipartisan Board of Trustees to manage PAC contributions to candidates who support our issues – no matter their party affiliation.

What is the NHAJ PAC?

The NHAJ PAC is a bipartisan political action committee established by the New Hampshire Association for Justice. It is the only PAC in New Hampshire whose goal is to support legislators who support the Seventh Amendment, access to the civil justice system, and the rights of the injured in our state. NHAJ PAC works on behalf of you and your clients to ensure that candidates who support the mission of NHAJ have the resources and tools to be elected and re-elected. NHAJ PAC also ensures that candidates know and understand the issues that are of concern to trial attorneys and their clients.

Why give to NHAJ PAC?

Why give to NHAJ PAC? Every election, lobbies for the medical, insurance, and business interests of this state unite to try to elect candidates that want to strip away the protections the civil justice system affords injured people. It is vitally important that every trial lawyer in New Hampshire join together to fight back and protect the safety and well-being of Granite Staters. Consider how your clients and their families have been impacted by tort reform and immunities enacted by special interest groups. Consider what would be left of the civil justice system if NHAJ were not there to defend what our civil justice system provides. The NHAJ PAC needs resources to proactively take action and respond quickly when partnerships/alliances arise around issues we care about.
