Learn how to use the best information-gathering methods in voir dire and how to use the gathered information to best use for purposes of cause and peremptory challenges. The speakers will also discuss other goals of voir dire (e.g., getting jurors to follow the law of the case).
b) Red List (arming against defense)
Learn the history of "Red List" method, and how to apply it to avoid missing weaknesses or problems with your case.
