Summary

The prosecution of claims on behalf of those wrongly denied long term disability benefits involve a number of unique and specific challenges and issues largely alike from state to state and province to province. This webinar will identify the challenges present from day one through to resolution of an LTD claim, and provide the strategies and tactics needed to navigate the maze and achieve success.
