ABOTA Foundation Masters in Trial®: A Trial Demonstration from Opening Statement through Jury Deliberation
Published by American Board of Trial Advocates and New Hampshire Association for Justice

Summary
Educating lawyers in the art of trial advocacy is a primary goal of the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The Masters in Trial shows how some of the most successful trial lawyers in the country conduct a trial – without war stories. All of the trial team counsel are ABOTA members and are well-known and highly respected in their fields.

What happened when a motorcycle gang stormed into a hotel casino and attacked a rival motorcycle gang with guns, clubs and knives? The entire episode is captured on videotape. Premier ABOTA trial lawyers present this riveting case for your educational experience. A world-renowned pediatrician dies in the melee as he rushes to help other innocent bystanders. His wife has filed suit against the hotel, claiming premises liability, negligent training and supervision and negligence. Observe how a plaintiff creates a case of inadequate security, and the hotel defendant presents a defense to such a violent intervening cause.

Whether you are a novice or seasoned trial lawyer, plaintiff or defense counsel, this program will assist you in your next trial and trials thereafter. This seminar is designed to teach by example. The skills you see demonstrated are applicable to virtually every other civil case.

This is one seminar trial lawyers will be talking about. You don’t want to miss it. Come see how the Masters do it.

This is a full day seminar which will be streamed live over the internet so a reliable, high-speed internet connection is required to participate. Before registering, please check your internet connection at speedtest.net, to make sure the download speed on the computer you will be using is at least 5 mbps.
