Summary

Protecting a client’s future Medicare eligibility does not happen automatically. It takes work by skilled practitioners to craft the proper plan to identify whether an MSA issue exists, quantify the proper amount of the MSA, determine the most advantageous funding vehicle for the MSA and employ the proper administrative techniques to ensure the MSA is spent down and exhausted appropriately. Join John Cattie, Ken Paradis and Porter Leslie as they discuss how to build the best Medicare protection plan for your clients. With years of combined Medicare compliance and legal experience, these three protectors of Medicare benefits will share their best practice tips and how to counsel clients about these critical issues.
