Summary

This presentation will help trial lawyers understand how everything they do, from initial investigation of a potential case, to pleading the case, conducting discovery, choosing experts, preparing and presenting the case at trial, and presenting settlement demands, impacts the value of what they recover for their clients. Bruce Braley will use real-world examples from specific cases to illustrate why paying attention to each phase of trial preparation produces the best opportunity to maximize damages for your clients.
