NH CLE Credit Information
NHMCLE does not approve or accredit CLE Activities for the NH Minimum CLE requirement. NHAJ believes this course meets the requirement of NH Supreme Court Rule 53 and qualifies for 360 minutes (5 general; 1 ethics) toward the annual NHMCLE requirement. New Hampshire attendees must self-determine whether a program is eligible for credit, and self-report their attendance.

Refunds will be made if written notification of cancellation is received 10 days in advance of program date less a 25% handling fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of the program date will be not be issued a refund, but may be issued credit or a video tape of the program instead at the discretion of NHAJ.
