Summary

Patrick Salvi will share strategies you can use to overcome the defense expert’s credibility on issues of liability, causation and damages. Regardless of whether the defense expert has distorted the facts or the medicine, lacks appropriate qualifications, or is a biased expert-for-hire, this webinar will provide solid tips for attacking the credibility of the defense expert’s opinion to help win the case for your client.

Patrick A. Salvi II joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., in 2007 and was named managing partner of the Chicago office in 2017. He concentrates his legal practice on cases concerning personal injury, medical malpractice, mass torts, and product liability.
