Advancing Justice
The NH Association for Justice is the voice for trial lawyers across New Hampshire. We work to ensure that your voice is heard in order to protect access to the courts, preserve consumer rights, and promote justice.
As advocates for a strong civil justice system, the New Hampshire Association for Justice:
- Supports a strong, independent judicary;
- Advocates for consumer rights and consume protection;
- Believes in fairness, accountability and transparency; and
- Opposes efforts to weaken basic legal protections.
Advocacy Toolbox- Our advocacy and civic engagement promotes public policies that protect individual rights and preserves access to the courts.
Legislative Priorities- The NHAJ Legislative Committee sets annual policy priorities to guide our State House advocacy.
Legislative Reports- NHAJ creates an annual Legislative Report to summarize key changes in the legislative landscape.
